Samsung has started to push out a new update to the users of the Galaxy Note Edge and this one brings with it the security update for the month of October. As far as size is concerned, it would require a data allowance of some 350MB for you to get and install this one and with it is the firmware version of XXU1DPJ1, it also brings some performance improvement and bug fixes on board.
To highlight just a few of the things that this update changes in the device, it makes sure that the batter lasts longer as it has been optimised for some tasks, improves the stability and makes sure that you get a smoother feel and performance with your device than ever before. From the change log has also been suggested that certain changes have been made to some core features in the device also.
This is an OTA rollout, people, so don’t get nervous if your notification doesn’t pop up fast.
