The event, which is an EXP Nigeria property, was brought to life with the partnership of Baniaz makers of Barney fruit drink and owners of the Barney franchise in Africa. The shows began with the theme song and other songs that had the children singing along. The children were also engaged after the show with the bouncing castles, ice skating rings, mountain climbing and photo sessions with Barney. Even the parents were excited as well and some of the kids asked when they will have this kind of show again.
The Managing Director of EXP Nigeria Ltd, Wole Olagundoye, stated that the Children’s day out is a property of EXP Nigeria and will be an annual event that will celebrate kids and the family at large.
EXP Marketing Nigeria is known for its execution of experiential events and activations for top brands and multinationals in the country. He also stated that this year’s event was a pilot run and promises that next year’s will be more robust and allow for brands participation and leveraging.
